To prepare the oat milk and flaxseed you need few ingredients and only 5 minutes, take note!
Oat flakes, 4 tablespoons in batter Flaxseed, 3 tablespoons Water, 2 glasses No calorie sweetener, 1 sachet Vanilla essence (optional)
Pour the two glasses of water, oats and flaxseed in a bowl. Let it rest for at least 1 hour. After time, blend the mixture for 2 or 3 minutes until you get a homogeneous drink. We pass the contents of the blender through a strainer to obtain a lump-free drink.
