Gabriela Peacock, the founder of GP Nutrition
Gabriela Peacock dedicated ten years to studying Health Science, Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathic Nutrition after being frustrated by the conflicting advice she was given during her modelling career.

HOW DO THE PLANS WORK?

Based on a schedule of alternate day fasting; you’ll fast for three non-consecutive days a week on which you’ll consume a limited number of calories.
