Once you sign up, you’ll receive five (5) quick, yet effective, #PowerMove workouts (30 minutes or less) via email + a calendar of when to do them. Of course, if you’re unable to do the workout on its set day, you are welcomed to complete it at any other time during the 7-day challenge.
