Eat your carbs later in the day: People following the keto diet can only have 50 grams of carbs daily. For a peaceful sleep at night, eat your carb later in the evening. This helps you stay fuller when you go to the bed.
Don’t eat very late in the evening: Our body takes time to digest fat and if you will eat closer to bedtime, it will make it harder for you to fall asleep. Eat your dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed.
Follow the same sleep schedule: Most people go to bed early on weekdays and stay awake till late night on weekends. This leads to disturbance in the sleep cycle. Fix a time and go to sleep at the same time every day.
