Asprey revealed on This Morning that breakfast just isn’t truly crucial meal of the day as many have been lead to consider.

In addition to skipping breakfast Asprey stated: “It turns out if you can have an earlier dinner you might actually go 14 and even 16 hours without eating.

“If you try this one factor your probabilities of diabetes and stroke will go down and a discount of ailments of ageing.”

Asprey explained: “Having dinner an hour earlier offers you one more hour when your physique does not have meals in your abdomen so your physique can restore itself.” 

When asked by Phillip Schofield whether people could potentially faint due to skipping breakfast, Asprey answered: “Very few folks will faint if they’ve breakfast two hours later.”
