He revealed in August last year that he had lost almost five stone in lockdown.
And, now Mark Labbett, 55, has revealed he’s lost a total of 10 STONE in a year and can now buy clothes ‘off-the-rack’, with the star crediting daily walks and two-meals-per-day diet for his dramatic weight loss.
The 6ft 6in Chase genius – who weighted 29 stone at his heaviest – revealed that he always tries to have a cooked breakfast and indulges in a ‘muffin or two’ at lunchtime, when he’s filming, but often skips having dinner.

Mark told The Sun: ‘This is the lightest I’ve been in 25 years. I’m now under 20 stone, and I am really feeling the difference, as well as seeing it.
‘My knees really feel the difference. I will never be athletic again but I just move so much better for not carrying that extra weight.’
The TV genius revealed that his waist is now 44-inches, his chest is 54-inches and his neck is 19-inches, all of which he described as ‘fantastic’ because it puts him within a ‘normal’ man’s range.
He enthused: ‘It’s the first time I’ve been able to buy off-the-peg in as long as I can remember.’

Wow! Last August, Mark showed off his previous five stone weight loss as he posed in the same outfit to show the difference in impressive before and after snaps
While chatting about how he managed to drop the pounds in lockdown, the star admitted that reducing his sugar intake helped in making him less hungry.
Mark, who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016 and had his Oxford AstraZeneca Covid jab on Thursday, also said that increasing the amount of exercise he was doing after battling Covid last year made him see some difference in his size.
As for his diet, Mark has cut down to just two meals each day telling The Sun that he’s usually too tired from working to want a dinner in the evening anyway.
However he added that he won’t be giving up all his treats and will still be enjoying the odd roast dinner as he’s a proud holder of a Toby Carvery gold card.
While in his personal life Mark revealed he’s getting on ‘really well’ with stunner Carol Vorderman, 60, after cryptically teasing that he recently had a less than impressive conversation with a lady from Towie.
‘At this rate I’ll be the skinniest chaser’: Last July, Mark looked markedly slimmer as he posed in a white shirt for a selfie that he compared to an old photo that had been taken at an event
Mark gushed that he and Carol have great conversations – perhaps down to their similar IQs with her boasting a 154 and he a 151 – and love of rugby.
And as well as attention from his fellow TV star, Mark is often inundated with messages from fans of The Chase.
However he told the publication that he’s not interested in a ‘high-maintenance relationship’ and tends to let the women in his DMs down gently.
In August 2020, Mark showed off the fruits of his labour as he continued to slim down by sharing an Instagram snap.
The TV star gave fans an update on his weight loss with a before-and-after snap, which saw him pose in the same outfit to show the difference.
In his August snap, Mark’s white shirt was baggy on her slimmer frame while he pulled at the waistband of his trousers to show how much weight he’d lost.

At the time, he credited the company MuscleFood Goal Getters for providing a meal plan that helped him shed the pounds.
In his caption, Mark wrote that he was ‘very proud of [his] progress’ as he claimed the company’s meal plan ‘couldn’t be easier’.

He wrote in the caption: ‘leaner, meaner lockdown with good folks of muscle foods. At this rate I will be the skinniest chaser.’
Mark previously revealed he lost almost five-stone in lockdown thanks to not eating out and running after his three-year-old son.
‘I’ve not been trying to lose weight’: In August, Mark explained he ‘never formally gave up any food’ but found he shed the pounds after having meals at home
Appearing on Loose Women in August, the TV personality explained that he ‘never formally gave up any food’ but simply found he shed the pounds because he was having meals at home.
Detailing the dramatic weight loss, he admitted: ‘I think people are going to hate me, I’ve not been trying to lose weight, I’ve had the brush with this virus, and what’s been happening is I’ve not been going out.
‘My wife does shift work so I’ve been the primary carer… as my viewers will know, looking after a toddler, you don’t have time to eat!
‘I was 27 stone when I was diagnosed with diabetes, I was 23 stone at my last check up in March and hopefully I’ll be a bit lighter than that, but the main one is eating a bit more sensibly and I’m doing more exercises these days.’

Of how his eating habits have changed in lockdown, Mark went on to say he has started to eat less because he hasn’t ‘been that hungry’, which made him think that people ‘just get into the habit of eating lots.’
At the end of August, Mark and Katie announced their seven-year marriage ended after their attempts to have an open marriage failed to work, with the star candidly admitting it was ‘better for them to go our separate ways.’
Mark revealed they’d split so she could be free to date her lover, after their plans to have an open marriage failed to work.
He told The Sun: ‘There was never any deceit on Katie’s part but it’s got to the point now where I realise it is better for us to go our separate ways and remain friendly.’
Over: In August, Mark revealed he’d split from his wife Katie after seven years of marriage so she could be free to date her lover, after their plans to have an open marriage failed to work
While Katie added: ‘I just want everyone to know what’s what and that we are all happy.’
It was revealed last August that Katie, who works as a nurse, had been seeing her senior design engineer lover Scott Bate, 30, for 18 months.
Mark, who shares a four-year-old son with Katie, admitted that he had a feeling that she was seeing Scott, but decided to approach things sensibly for the sake of their son.
But when lockdown came, things between him and Katie became strained and she started seeing Scott, resulting in Mark making the decision to end their marriage for good.
He explained: ‘When Katie first came clean to me about her boyfriend, I’d had an inkling. But right from the start, my attitude was quite pragmatic — this was spilt milk, what could we do about the situation to make it OK?’
Amicable: Mark revealed the split in a candid interview, and admitted ‘it’s better for us to go our separate ways’ (pictured in 2016)
He added that because they had a ‘family’ he simply could just ‘throw that away lightly’ as they had other ‘considerations’.
The candid interview also saw Mark blame his hectic work schedule and being away from home a lot, as well as their age difference, as contributions towards the split.
While Katie continues to see her boyfriend, Mark expressed ‘concerns’ that Scott was ‘good’ to his son after the youngster began mentioning Scott’s name.
Mark has said that Scott had met their son and added that he trusts him around their little boy.
Mark and Katie tied the knot at Arundel Castle, West Sussex, in October 2014.
In September 2019, Mark confirmed he was still with his wife, despite her admission four months earlier that she had cheated on him with a younger man.
