The Latest From My Feed

There’s one year between these pictures…⠀
⠀
Before picture on the left (1/27/20):⠀
⠀
I was insanely stressed with cortisol levels through the roof. It was no surprise I was gaining belly fat so quickly! ⠀
⠀
I was overtraining, not sleeping, and struggling with blood sugar regulation, which meant I was always hungry and constantly craving carbs. My body was puffy, inflamed, and telling me to STOP the insanity! ⠀
⠀
Picture on the right (this morning – 1/26/21):⠀
⠀
I’m much less stressed. I strength train 3 times per week and walk for exercise. I sleep 8+ hours most nights. I stopped drinking alcohol (73 days and counting). My blood sugar is much more balanced, and I’ve resolved all of my hormone issues. ⠀
⠀
It’s never just ONE thing. ⠀
⠀
If the past year has taught us anything, it’s that life changes. You can sit back and let life happen TO you OR make a CHOICE to improve your situation.⠀
⠀
Keep in mind, NOT making a decision is still making decision. If you’re doing the same things over and over again and not seeing the results you want, it’s time to do something new. ⠀
⠀
Don’t stay stuck by NOT making a decision. Now is the time to take massive action and commit to an approach that will get you results!⠀
⠀
Enrollment for my Macro Movement Mentorship is now open for a limited time. ⠀
