– Sprinkle some finely blended oatmeal under running water as the tub fills.
– Soak for about 10-15 minutes.
– After the bath, gently pat yourself dry leaving your skin damp.
– Immediately apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer.

– Mix lukewarm water with half cup oats and let it soak for a minute.
– Blend this mixture thoroughly in a blender until you get a smooth paste. Make sure it’s not too runny.
