What diet plan did he use?

When trying to lose weight, Tyson was put on the keto, or ketogenic, diet by his train.

The popular diet plan involved tucking into foods low in carbs, high in healthy fats and with a moderate protein content.

He was put on the diet plan by nutritionist Greg Marriott who previously told Sky Sports: “Tyson needs to be on 3,500 calories a day but, when he’s expending 2,000 calories in the gym, he will need to be on 5,500 calories a day.
