Weight loss: “I ate peanut butter sandwiches with vegetables for breakfast”


My breakfast: I used to have a peanut butter sandwich (with thinly cut veggies like broccoli, green and yellow capsicum, corn and paneer) with some mixed nuts.

After a gap of 1-2 hours, I used to munch on fruits like strawberries or papaya.

My lunch: A bowl of lentils with some sauteed paneer/ broccoli, boiled rice and curd.

My dinner: Vegetable soup or a bowl of kala chana salad.

Pre-workout meal: Banana or a sandwich

Post-workout meal: Protein shake, Soyabean

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): There were hardly any cheat days but sometimes, I liked to have chole bhature or samosa.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: I always tried to limit calorie intake under 1800, with a focus on consuming a high protein and low carb diet. I used to google the nutritional facts of everything before eating it.
