Weight loss story: “Bajra roti and brown rice helped me lose 27 kilos in 5 months”


My breakfast: I used to follow Intermittent Fasting so I usually skipped breakfast and directly had lunch around 1 P.M.

My lunch: I usually had brown rice + pulses or daal + lots of salad (cabbage, carrot, lettuce etc)

My dinner: Jowar bajra chapati with any sabzi (less oil) mainly green vegetable and Palak khichdi – twice a week

Pre-workout meal: Banana, Black coffee

Post- workout meal: Sprouts and Peanut Butter

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Wheat chapati and Chaat items on cheat days and breads too including pizza

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Lots of Green Veggies, Khichdi, Poha, Idli sambhar
