My breakfast: 1 glass milk with a slice of toasted brown bread.
My lunch: 2 chapatis with vegetable curry and boiled rice.
My dinner: Boiled rice/chapati (2), loads of salad with a serving of dal (plain and simple, no added oil or ghee)
Pre-workout meal: Nothing specific
Post-workout meal: Vegetable/fruit juices that are freshly made.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Nothing as such. Never really had big cheat meals but yes once in a while I like to have bites of junk food.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Anything homemade is good, you don’t need to worry about the calorie count as long as you do not go overboard.
