My breakfast: 8 egg whites with a bow of sprouts and one seasonal fruit.
My lunch: No lunch, since I follow Intermittent Fasting. I just have two glasses of lemon water during the fasting hours.
My dinner: Two chapatis with a bowl of subzi and serving of dal.
Pre-workout meal: I have 2 dates along with black coffee (1 gram of coffee powder)
Post-workout meal: 1 scoop whey protein shake in plain water
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Whenever it’s a cheat day for me, I like to gorge on pizza (2 slices), paneer pakoda, chilli paneer.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Boiled French Beans
I also have 100 ml scotch or whiskey once a week with some peanuts. But I make sure everything is moderated.
