Weight loss story: “I followed my own diet and exercise and shed 32 kilos in under 4 months”

My breakfast: 1 whole egg (either as omelette or scrambled) / 1 vegetable roti / plain dosa/ poha.

My lunch: Grilled chicken or fish with a side of vegetables/daal with two chapatis without additional oil or ghee.

My dinner: Cooked veggies/ chicken/ fish/ paneer with 1-2 chapatis.

Pre-workout meal: I have a glass of lukewarm lemon water before setting off for my walk or jog in the morning.

Post-workout meal: Black tea with a whole wheat puff or any low-calorie diet snack.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I did not get an opportunity to cheat on my diet since there was a lockdown, but seldom, what I would do is to have a small portion of rice or any baked delicacy. Also, I would have a piece of dark chocolate (85%) at times to satisfy my sweet cravings.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Grilled chicken or fish, salads with lemon dressing.
