Weight loss story: “I had eggs and chicken for breakfast and shifted from size 3XL to L”

When fitness becomes a part of your routine, you don’t really rely on external motivation to do the job. Trust me, do it for yourself to become the best version of yourself. Dedication and commitment will take you ahead. Chart out your goals, give it your blood, sweat and tears. The results will motivate you far more than anything can. For me, dropping from a size 3XL to L and from a 46″ to 32″ waist was the greatest accomplishment.

Also, find a role model for yourself, someone to look upto. I would watch Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir and beyond transformation video, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s six rules of success, Aamir Khan’s Dangal transformation and Igor Voitenko’s next workout. My family and particularly my best friend, Siddhant were always supportive of my endeavours.

How do you ensure you don’t lose focus? The vision is the most important aspect, always keep in mind the vision you have for a better tomorrow and work towards that. There will be many hindrances and distractions, and sometimes you need to stop, think about why you are here, what you want and how badly you want it, and give it all you have got. It’s the process that makes the man, not the destination. Enjoy what you are doing, and you will remain on track.
