My breakfast: Something very homely…usually something that’s heavy, like a parantha, subji+bread (2 slices) or oats chilla.
My lunch: Regular vegetable curry or a bowl of daal with chapatis.
My dinner: Absolutely no carbs at nighttime. I only usually take a glass of milk + some dry fruits (during winters) or some nuts and seeds (during summertime).
Pre-workout meal: Saunf and jeera paani, followed a while later with a cup of tea (without sugar)
Post-workout meal: Black coffee/ green tea/ lemon-honey water
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Cheat days are the time when I really allow myself to indulge! I basically like to have something that’s high on calories, such as pizzas, burgers or pasta. I also like to have North Indian delicacies. However, I do try to contain the quantity that I eat.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Quinoa salad, poha, cornflakes with milk (no sugar) are all low-calorie meals that worked for me.
